This customized package is comprised of the basic materials needed to frame out your customized building and typically Includes:
- CPS bracket kits including plastic concrete forms
- no.1 grade lumber
- plastic foundation splash boards
- purlins using CPS purlin clips
- hardware
- trusses
Doors, windows, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical, insulation and other interior finishes are not included. All of the lumber for the package is cut in accordance to the building specifications of your individual building. A cut sheet and packing list is included. This package can be sent to a location of your choosing with applicable shipping charges.

STEP 1 Talk to CPS & Design your building
Contact us here at CPS and we’ll answer all your questions and help you design your building using our software. You will be able to see what the final product prior to purchasing anything. Discuss pricing and options with one of our building experts.
STEP 2 Review and Place Your Order
We will go over every detail of your design with you we will review all prices, and what pieces and products will be delivered to your location. Placing your order can be done online with a credit card, or we can invoice you directly.
STEP 3 Receive Delivery at Your Location
Your order will be delivered to the site of your choosing. A truck will arrive and will unload your order.
STEP 4 Assemble Your Frame Kit
Every kit comes with instructions showing you how to assemble all of the pieces into the final building. CPS will provide all building instructions in a written instruction sheet and we also have online how-to videos. And as always our experts are here to help, just give us a call.
