CPS provides custom concrete forms for the top of your pier to provide a uniform above ground appearance to your columns. The forms are reusable and are an accurate way to level the top of your pier for your pole barn construction foundation.
Standard Concrete Form
Made of resilient polypropylene. CPS forms are designed to fit on top of an 12” Sonotube. They can be reused if carefully removed or they can be merely used once and disposed of. No more building and staking forms for the pier. They save time and are simple to install with 4 screws (not included).
Door Pier Form
Door forms include an polypropylene insert along with our standard form. The insert is reversible for either the left or right side. It prevents the concrete pier top from interfering with door installations. Made of resilient PVC. CPS forms are designed to fit on top of an 12” Sonotube. They can be reused if carefully removed or they can be merely used once and disposed of. No more building and staking forms for the pier. Corner Form
Corner forms are designed to fit in inside corner locations, use standard forms for outside corners . The corner form installs easily by screwing into the inside corner of two splash boards. Made of resilient polypropylene . CPS forms are designed to fit on top of an 12” Sonotube. They can be reused if carefully removed or they can be merely used once and disposed of.
